Overview In this Cross-Border Officer role, you will support the Bank’s Cross-Border Risk Management Framework and serve as a main contact for Front Office on cross-border matters. You will translate rules and country manuals into practical processes, producing analyses and governance materials for CP COO and committees. You will assist audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities, while guiding Front Office on requirements. You’ll maintain the training framework and contribute to strategic regulatory projects. This is a hands-on position at a leading wealth manager with a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and cross-border excellence. Verantwortungsbereiche Interpret and implement Cross-Border rules, country manuals, and regulatory requirements in processes and workflows Prepare analyses, monitoring reports, and governance materials for Cross-Border Risk Management Framework (CP COO and committees) Support audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities; ensure action items follow-up Provide day-to-day guidance to Front Office and internal stakeholders on Cross-Border requirements Maintain and update Cross-Border training framework and awareness initiatives Contribute to strategic regulatory and business projects via impact assessments and implementations Review and update Cross-Border policies, procedures, country manuals, and governance documentation Help organize Cross-Border governance committees, incl. agenda, action tracking, and meeting minutes drafting Zentrale Anforderungen University degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management or equivalent 5 to 7 years of experience in Private Banking, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal or Cross-Border function Strong understanding of banking regulations and cross-border risks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across departments Proactive, organized and solution-oriented mindset Swiss resident Excellent communication Stakeholder management Autonomy and collaboration Regulatory interpretation and implementation Cross-Border risk framework knowledge Governance and reporting
