Head of Swiss Offering (Geneva or Zurich) The Head of Swiss Offering is responsible for driving the development and evolution of the product and solutions offering dedicated to Swiss market clients. Working closely with the Front Office, product specialists, support functions and regional management, the role ensures that overall value proposition remains aligned with client needs, market developments and regulatory requirements. This strategic position, which enjoys strong visibility within the Swiss Domestic Region and other functions, provides the opportunity to directly influence the evolution of our value proposition and actively contribute to the growth of our business. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Bank to ensure a competitive, consistent and client-centric offering. For the right candidate, this responsibility may be combined with an existing Front Office role. Your Role Offering Management and Development Drive the evolution and competitiveness of the product and service offering for the Swiss market Identify client and Front Office needs and propose relevant enhancements Monitor market trends, competitive initiatives and regulatory developments Define the vision and roadmap for products and services in line with the strategic priorities of the Swiss Domestic region Lead product and solution launches, enhancements and rationalisation initiatives Coordinate stakeholders and ensure efficient execution through to implementation Promote the offering across the Front Office and internal stakeholders to drive adoption through communication, information sharing and banker training Coordinate regional sales campaigns in collaboration with specialists and provide related reporting Governance, Monitoring and Reporting Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the offering Establish monitoring processes and provide regular reporting to management Deliver analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Contribution to Regional Strategy Contribute to the strategic discussions of the Swiss Domestic region Participate in and support the organisation of management offsites, town halls and other key events Coordinate resources and subject matter experts involved in the management of the offering Foster collaboration between the Front Office, product specialists and central functions Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in a Private Banking Front Office role focused on the Swiss market, or in a role closely connected to the Front Office with significant exposure to bankers and clients Strong knowledge of private banking products and solutions, as well as the Swiss competitive landscape, including retirement planning, lending, tax considerations, wealth planning, estate planning and succession Good understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on banking offerings Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to influence, align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward in a pragmatic and results-oriented manner Fluency in French and English is required; German would be a significant advantage A career at Lombard Odier means working for a renowned global wealth and asset manager, with a strong focus on sustainable investing.
