Overview In this role you integrate new business applications into Lombard Odier’s ecosystem, bridging Dev, Security, Platform, Production, and IT Infrastructure. You will drive release management and CAB facilitation to minimize production risk and ensure smooth deployments. You’ll work across Dev/Test/UAT and prod environments, coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders and vendors. The position offers impact by shaping the bank’s IT platform during a period of continuous improvement and modernization. Verantwortungsbereiche Manage release processes to reduce production risk across environments Coordinate planned changes between development and production teams Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings Integrate new applications into the ecosystem from design through to implementation (Dev/Test/UAT/prod) Coordinate and execute technical tasks per stakeholder needs (Security/Platform/Production/Infrastructure/Dev) Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects Collaborate with external providers on technical requirements Develop project reference documentation with Dev Estimate IT task workload during projects Implement continuous improvement via Problem Management to reduce downtime Zentrale Anforderungen Master in IT or equivalent Proficient in Java, JBOSS, C++ Proficient with CI/CD tooling (OpenShift, Kubernetes) Proficient with production tooling (FTP transfers, schedulers) Experience in banking sector is a plus Strong analytical, responsible and team-oriented mindset Fluent in English and French Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate Responsible Rigorous Versatile Java JBoss C++
