Overview
In this role you support Lombard Odier and LOIM’s social media presence to boost brand awareness and thought leadership. You work with internal stakeholders to plan and execute editorial calendars, craft bilingual copy, and manage day-to-day content across platforms. You will assist with paid campaigns, compliance guidelines, and performance reporting to drive audience engagement. This position sits in the Marketing & Communication Unit, with a focus on delivering consistent, regulated storytelling that aligns with the firm’s identity and strategic goals.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute editorial calendars for Group and LOIM social media
- Write, edit and optimise social copy in English and French with appropriate tone for each platform
- Manage daily publication across channels ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate and implement paid social campaigns with external media agencies
- Own and contribute to compliance guidelines and employee advocacy programs
- Monitor performance and contribute to reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Conduct social listening and track industry trends and competitors
- Contribute ideas to enhance social media strategy, content, visuals, and engagement
- Explore innovative content formats aligned with brand identity and regulatory environment
- Support employee advocacy and internal social media initiatives as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 1-3 years in social media, digital marketing or communications
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads and YouTube
- Interest in social media trends and content creation
- Creative mindset with brand governance and regulatory awareness
- Curious, organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
- Excellent written and verbal English and French skills
- Familiarity with social media management, analytics and listening tools; Sprinklr is a plus
