Overview
In this role you will design and implement automation across a large Windows-based infrastructure. You will join a global team to standardize the IT landscape, driving efficiency and reducing manual work through code and automation. You will work closely with network, security, and development teams to deploy scalable, secure solutions. You will contribute to strategic modernization initiatives and a next-generation observability project to enhance system visibility. This is an opportunity to shape core infrastructure for a leading wealth manager and partner with cross-functional teams.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automating system administration tasks
- Deploy and optimize VMware Aria / vRealize Automation workflows and blueprints
- Administer Windows platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory / ADFS / GPO, SCCM)
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code practices
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability across virtual and physical infrastructure
- Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to integrate automation
- Support migrations, industrialization efforts, and continuous improvement projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Excellent Windows Server administration
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities
- Good knowledge of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Asset: Azure, Terraform, GIT, and Ansible
