Overview
As Unified Communications Manager, you will lead the governance, reliability, and evolution of the Bank’s UC services. You’ll steer a small team to ensure availability and compliance while driving modernization initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of operations and transformation, partnering with risk, security, and business units. You’ll shape scalable voice and collaboration platforms to support client-centric, regulated financial services. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own UC service availability, stability, performance, and lifecycle management
- Ensure reliability and user satisfaction while reducing operational risk through proactive monitoring
- Lead incident, problem, risk, and escalation management with root-cause analysis
- Define and maintain operational processes, capacity planning, KPIs, and SLAs
- Coordinate service delivery with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead and develop a team of UC Engineers
- Oversee Digital Event Platforms & Webcasting Solutions
- Drive a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Execute UC roadmap in line with business objectives
- Lead modernization, automation, cost optimization, and service improvement initiatives
- Ensure regulatory, security, and internal compliance alongside Risk/Audit teams
- Support audits, risk assessments, controls reviews, and remediation activities
- Measure success via roadmap delivery, KPI adoption, and risk reduction
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent
- 6+ years of Unified Communications experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony, Microsoft 365, Cisco UC, SIP, VoIP, SBCs
- Experience with communication recording platforms, regulatory recording requirements, and video conferencing/meeting room solutions
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory)
- Microsoft Teams Voice certification preferred
- Cisco Voice certification a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent Service Management experience
- 3+ years of leadership and team development experience
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Comfort working in a highly regulated financial environment
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
