Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Business Development team, we are looking for a:

Reporting to the Head of Hedge Fund Specialist Sales & Product Specialists, you will play a key role in supporting the development and distribution of our hedge fund offering. Acting as a bridge between investment teams, clients, and sales professionals, you will be responsible for articulating our investment strategies, developing high-quality content, and contributing to client acquisition and retention efforts.

You will work closely with portfolio managers, research, sales, risk, and operations teams to promote our alternative investment capabilities, with a particular focus on hedge fund strategies.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LOIM's hedge fund strategies, with a particular focus on Relative Value and Convex portfolios.
• Partner with sales teams to support business development initiatives and contribute to winning and retaining client mandates.
• Present investment strategies to institutional clients, consultants, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead sophisticated client reviews and portfolio update meetings, clearly explaining performance drivers, positioning, and market developments.
• Produce high-quality investment content, including market commentaries, strategy updates, research papers, portfolio reviews, and trade case studies.
• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other client due diligence requests.
• Develop and maintain marketing and product documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, traders, risk management, operations, and client servicing teams to thoroughly understand investment processes and portfolio implementation.
• Respond to client, consultant, and prospect enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor trends, and investor demand to contribute to product development and business strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-10 years of relevant experience within asset management, hedge funds, investment advisory, trading, capital markets, or a product specialist/investment specialist function.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment instruments, particularly fixed income, credit markets, derivatives and options.
• Strong interest in alternative investments and hedge fund strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly and convincingly to sophisticated audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
