Lombard Odier Investment Managers ("LOIM") is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our private assets sales capabilities, we are looking for a Sales Support Private Assets (Internship).
Sales Support Private Assets (Internship) You will report to the Head of Private Assets Sales based in Geneva, collaborate with all the team members, and contribute to the development of our private assets franchise globally.
Your Role
Handle inquiries pertaining to private assets from clients, consultants and prospects.
Prepare follow-ups on the back of client meetings held by specialist sales and in collaboration with internal stakeholders (investment team, operations, legal...).
Provide support for client reporting and presentations, as well as bespoke projects.
Help create or review marketing materials.
Assist with the preparation and review of requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs).
Support the Team Head on transversal tasks and internal reporting needs.
Help the sales in booking client meetings and coordinating with generalist sales teams.
Support marketing campaigns and maintain and update the CRM system.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
You have a first relevant experience (including internship) in a client servicing, sales, or business development role within asset management or financial services.
You have strong communication skills in English and French (another language is a plus).
You are a highly motivated team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
You demonstrate strong client orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Knowledge of private assets is an advantage.
