Internship - AI Engineer - AI-Powered CRM, Engagement & Churn Analysis

Understanding client engagement has become a key differentiator in modern wealth management. Relationship managers need better tools to identify evolving client behaviours, anticipate risks and proactively strengthen client relationships.

As part of our AI-Powered CRM initiative, you will help build intelligent models capable of identifying engagement patterns and detecting early warning signals that may indicate declining client interaction or potential attrition.

YOUR ROLE

Develop AI-driven capabilities that measure client engagement and help bankers proactively identify churn risks and relationship opportunities.

Analyse client interaction data and behavioural indicators.

Identify meaningful engagement metrics.

Explore machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.

Develop dashboards and insights for bankers.

Build proof-of-concept predictive models.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate findings.

Present recommendations and potential enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE

Master's student in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.

Strong analytical mindset.

Interest in AI, predictive analytics and behavioural modelling.

Experience with backend, frontend and database technologies.

Knowledge of data science or machine learning frameworks is a plus.

Curious, proactive and result-oriented.

Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
