International IT Services Specialist (80-100%) International IT Services Specialists are responsible for the IT onsite support to Lombard Odier users across local offices. Their duties include installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the organization’s computer systems. They provide support both remotely and through on-site visits, depending on the needs of the teams. The role involves frequent collaboration with Infrastructure Teams at the Headquarters, and depending on the context, may also take on project management responsibilities. Provide support for Microsoft technologies: Maintain and update software and hardware inventory Oversee contractor installations and maintenance during office moves, shutdown and opening operations Advise users on hardware and software usage Provide support to the bank’s Independent Asset Managers in the region Participate in implementation and deployment of group projects Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field mandatory ~+7-years proven experience in IT technical support and similar roles ~ Knowledge in Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects ~ Fluent in French and English ~ We firmly believe that building Diverse Teams contributes to our successes and to deliver on this, we actively embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our business strategy.
