Tax Reporting Specialist (80-100%) Within the Technology Create new and enhance business process controls for existing and future activities ; Follow up business requirements and participate in testing as part of the in-house tax reporting application development ; Liaise with key stakeholders, such as Front Office and Technology teams within the scope of our client services; Provide support for data analysis on tax related topics ; Draft and maintain operational procedures YOUR PROFILE Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent considered an advantage, although a Swiss CFC or Maturité Professionnelle Bancaire will also be considered. Previous experience in tax reporting or a related field would be highly valued. Proactive and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of accountability. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate across functions, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. Fluent in English and/or French (written and spoken). Additional languages are considered an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, or others). Demonstrated long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to progress into a Deputy role and contribute to leadership, people development, and team management initiatives.
