Key responsibilities:
Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations
Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site
Use all PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects including managing the financial outlook & checking profitability
Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality
Tracks the project according to project timelines and milestones
Identifies any additional service offering to support the Customer’s project
With team support, identifies project risks & issues, managing these through the project
Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the lifecyle of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales
Key requirements:
BSc in Business/Biotechnology or equivalent experience in a related field
Min. of 10 years’ experience as a program manager, ideally within CDMO/Biotech/Pharma industry
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, both internally and externally
Outstanding relationship-building skills, both within and outside the organization
A quick learner, capable of growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapting to changes in timelines and priorities
Solid understanding of project management theory and tools, with a proven track record of successful implementation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
