What you will do:
- Monitor Drug Product revenue and cost performance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across SAP, Planview, and other systems
- Partner with manufacturing sites, Program Managers, and supporting functions to track and coordinate activities impacting revenue and business performance
- Perform deferred revenue and work-in-progress analysis to support accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, audits, and data validations in collaboration with Finance teams
- Analyze revenue performance, identify risks and trends, and provide insights to Program Management and Leadership teams
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, including monthly leadership reports and ad hoc business analyses
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting transparency, efficiency, and automation
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in project coordination, commercial operations, financial analysis, or business support within a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand project costs, risks, and business impact
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, SAP, or similar tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach to work
