ppThe actual location of this job is in Basel Tower, Switzerland. As Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a key role in supporting the execution of Lonza's global HR strategy. Reporting to the Head of HR for Global Functions, and working closely with the CHRO, HR Leadership Team, and Head Transformation Orchestration, you will help translate strategic priorities into action and drive organizational effectiveness across the HR function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, analytics, communications, and operational excellence and it offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence key business decisions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support Lonza's growth.
