Lonza’s Drug Product site in Stein is continuing to ramp up its manufacturing capabilities, capacity and workforce, further strengthening its role within our global Integrated Biologics network and expanding its contribution to large-scale commercial manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced HR Site Head to join the Stein Site Leadership Team and shape the people and organization agenda behind this continued growth. As the principal HR partner to the Site Head, you will play a pivotal role in building the organization, leadership capabilities and workforce required to support manufacturing ramp-up, operational readiness, reliable execution and sustainable site performance.
