The actual location of this job is in Basel Stücki, Switzerland. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
Carry out analytical studies using available Forensic Chemistry technologies such as Light microscopy, FTIR and Raman spectroscopy to support the needs of Lonza's customers and operation sites. Fill units, including vials, PFS, and bags. Prepare and maintain corresponding documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree or recent graduation from a university or technical college with a background in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or related fields. Candidates with a PhD (or equivalent) cannot be considered for this position. Self‑motivated with a strong passion for science and interest in pharmaceutical R&D. Flexibility, agility, and proactivity with a willingness to learn and execute complex tasks. Strong team player. Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy; ability to judge plausibility of results. Lab work experience is a plus. Analytical instrument knowledge is a plus. Very good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
