Governance participation under the new TOM Cross functional orchestration across CoEs, DIOs, Digital Data, Product owners, etc /liliC. Stakeholder Engagement Relationship Management Build strong partnerships, Structured, proactive stakeholder management at various levels of business e.g. leaders, plant operations, quality heads, supply chain, and external CMOs Act as a trusted advisor by communicating IT concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
