The EHS Senior Specialist is the primary point of contact for all EHS matters in day-to-day operations and ensures that the company can manufacture its products in a safe and sustainable environment. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. /ph3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliActs as point of contact for EHS topics and supports the allocated operational unit(s) in achieving compliance with EHS regulations /liliProvides support for EHS risk assessments /liliPerforms EHS assessment and approval of Technical Change Requests /liliParticipates in and provides subject matter expertise during Safety Gemba Walks, audits and other walkthroughs /liliFacilitates execution and documentation of EHS incident investigations /liliSupports the business with EHS CAPA EHS KPI definition and tracking /liliCollaborates closely with the Safety Coaches from the allocated operational unit(s) as part of the implementation of EHS initiatives /liliConducts training and/or instruction on EHS topics /li /ulh3Key requirements: /h3ulliCertification as a Safety Specialist (EKAS or ASGS) /liliPharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or equivalent. /liliFluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken. /liliCollaboration: Works in partnership as an active member of his/her team and cross‑functional working groups /liliBusiness acumen: Uses knowledge of his/her own business area and related areas to identify and develop safety improvements /liliDriving Results: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
