You and MES team are reporting to Team Lead Documentation who is responsible for the personnel management and development. You are involved in regular exchange meetings with other team leaders/stakeholders in order to optimize efficiency together. You are responsible for training and coaching MES team members, support Team Lead Documentation conducting performance reviews and actively supporting their further development. /ph3Benefits /h3ulliAn agile career and a dynamic work culture. /liliAn inclusive and ethical workplace. /liliCompensation programs that recognize high performance. /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliSetting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines /liliCommunicating with stakeholders /liliParticipating in improvement projects /liliEnsuring safety and GMP compliance /liliRecognizing, interpreting and eliminating deviations /liliParticipating in audits and visits /liliProviding frontline MES technical and procedural support, working with the manufacturing teams, QA and plant engineers /liliPerforms training activities of MES and supports others and new joiners. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor / Master Degree /liliPreferred area of study: Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree /liliExperience in MES recipe authoring, preferably in Emerson Syncade /liliKnowledge of DeltaV is preferable /liliKnowledge in the area of sterile Drug Product is an asset /liliCoordination of resources and workflows /liliPast experience as a lead for a technical team is an asset. /liliHigh motivation and dynamic drive; solution-oriented /liliStructured, focused and organized way of working, assertive and motivated, working independently, flexible and resilient /liliHigh attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus and Cooperation /liliFluency in both English and German (written and oral) would be an advantage /liliPrepared to work flexible working hours /liliGood communication skills and interaction with a variety of interfaces within the organization and on the shopfloor /li /ulh3Company Culture /h3pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
