Responsibilities Coordinate and support DSP production activities across Chromatography, Viral Inactivation/Filtration, UFDF, Formulation, and Final Fill to ensure timely and compliant execution. Serve as the key interface between production, support functions, and operational stakeholders to enable smooth day‑to‑day operations. Lead workforce planning for DSP production support, including shift coverage, overtime management, and short‑ or long‑term personnel reallocations. Optimize staffing levels by balancing operational efficiency, GMP compliance, and employee wellbeing. Own training needs analysis and ensure implementation of qualification and training plans aligned with GMP, safety, and operational requirements. Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning while fostering a collaborative and high‑accountability team culture. Manage recruitment and onboarding of DSP production personnel in partnership with HR to ensure sustainable team capability and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in large‑scale DSP production (8+ years). Proven hands‑on experience in large‑scale biotechnological manufacturing environments. Strong experience working in GMP‑regulated manufacturing settings. Very good command of English (written and spoken) for operational leadership and cross‑functional collaboration; German is an advantage. Solid understanding of business processes and production‑related operational workflows. Demonstrated leadership capability with strong people management, communication, and team‑oriented skills.
