Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the Technology Transfer Lead position.What you will get:An agile career and a dynamic work cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceWhat you will do:Ensure all activities are performed according to current quality, regulatory and health and safety standards.You lead technical transfer activities for sterile GMP drug product manufacturing projectsYou manage drug product transfers from clinical development through first commercial launchYou define project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones, and track progress effectivelyYou lead process setup, scale-up, and implementation at GMP manufacturing sitesYou prepare and maintain technical transfer and process implementation documentationYou drive GMP change management and handle deviations and CAPAs when required.You support regulatory documentation, inspections, audits, and customer interactions.What we are looking for:Ph.D. or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields or similar qualificationSignificant experience in biotech / pharma industryKnowledge of technical issues and requirements for drug product technical transfers.Know-how in aseptic product manufacture for protein drug products including lyophilization process highly desirable including knowledge on ADCs/highly potent drug product manufacturing.Good leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability as team player and ability to manage cross-functional teams.Very good planning and organizing skills, including project management and risk management skillsExcellent communication skills and command of English both written and oralAbout LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
