Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for Plant Engineer. /ppbWhat you will get: /b /pulliAn agile career and a dynamic work culture /liliAn inclusive and ethical workplace /liliCompensation programs that recognize high performance /li /ulpbWhat you will do: /b /pulliEnsure the reliable operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facility systems through effective preventive maintenance programs. /liliLead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for critical equipment failures. /liliOwn and support Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and Risk Assessments related to engineering systems /liliMaintain engineering documentation, including equipment records, drawings, specifications, SOPs, etc. /liliAct as the Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections /liliIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance reliability, compliance, efficiency, and sustainability /li /ulpbWhat we are looking for: /b /pulliBachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or similar discipline) /liliExperience in engineering roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated industries /liliKnowledge of equipment lifecycle management, project execution, and maintenance practices /liliExperience working within GMP-regulated environments and quality systems /liliFamiliarity with computerized systems, automation technologies, or laboratory equipment is an advantage /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliExcellent communication skills with excellent command of English and German, written and spoken /li /ulpbAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
