Logistics Associate - Onsite - German speaking
Ready to play a key role in pharmaceutical manufacturing logistics? Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Ensure safe, precise, and traceably documented logistics operations within the Fine Chemical Complex (FCC) and Highly Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HAPI) plant areas.
Drive daily chemical warehouse activities, strictly maintaining safety and regulatory compliance standards.
Execute clean and compliant storage operations, inventory management, and material receipts using SAP MM or BW and MES.
Maintain seamless compliance through exact archiving of shipping documents, safety certificates, and batch traceability data.
Collaborate closely with site production teams, quality assurance, and site logistics stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted supply flows.
Completed vocational training (EFZ / EBA) in logistics, warehousing, or a related technical field (CPT certification is an asset).
Practical warehousing experience within a chemical or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge or familiarity with SAP and MES for inventory control and material booking.
Native or fluent German language skills with conversational English ability.
