Overview
In this role you will anchor GCC procurement design within Lonza’s GBS transformation, shaping future S2P processes and aligning them with ERP standards. You will collaborate across Procurement, GBSO, and ERP teams to drive design and readiness for ERP transformations. You’ll lead workshops, govern process docs, and ensure Day-1 capability and continuous improvement. This is a chance to influence global procurement capabilities in a fast-evolving, cross-functional program.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead design of GCC S2P procurement processes aligned with global standards, policies, and ERP templates
- Define future-state operating models and foster collaboration between Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams, stakeholders, and governance bodies
- Drive procurement design workshops and ensure requirements are embedded in cross-functional decisions and transformation initiatives
- Review, validate, and govern procurement process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI-generated outputs for quality and readiness
- Support transition and service readiness with controls, hand-offs, training materials, and Day-1 operational capability
- Establish and monitor service performance frameworks including SLAs, KPIs, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Identify and champion automation, digital enablement, and standardized best practices to deliver scalable procurement operations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; professional certifications highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain transformation, shared services, GBS, or operating model design in complex global organizations
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing procurement and supply chain processes within GCCs or shared services
- Proven track record supporting GBS/SSC implementations and large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, service delivery models, performance frameworks, and knowledge transfer activities
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence senior leaders across multiple workstreams
- Experience in consulting environments, familiarity with AI-enabled process documentation tools, and exposure to life sciences or CDMO industry is advantageous
