Overview
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex electronic systems for regulated products, acting as the technical owner across the product lifecycle. You will guide cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, reliable, and manufacturable hardware. You will own hardware development, system architecture, and verification activities, driving quality and safety. This is a site-based position that supports close collaboration and high-precision manufacturing of medicines.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own design and development of complex electronic systems, PCBs, and embedded hardware for regulated products
- Create system-level architectures and derive hardware/firmware specs from requirements
- Lead cross-functional development projects from concept to product release
- Plan and execute hardware verification, analyze results, troubleshoot issues
- Lead EMC and electrical safety activities and support certification testing
- Produce design specs, verification protocols, risk docs, test reports, and traceability
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams; mentor junior engineers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in electronic hardware development
- Proficiency in English and German
- Experience with electronic hardware development, embedded electronics and firmware
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, EMC/EMI, system thinking
- Experience with Altium Designer (desirable)
