Overview In this role, you lead the Drug Linker Development group within Lonza’s Visp site, guiding PD/MSAT/Chemists to advance Drug Linker and Toxin programs and support asset ramp-up. You bridge development with GMP production, drive continuous improvement, and shape the Drug Linker organization’s capability and capacity. You will collaborate across interfaces to deliver high-impact scientific and strategic outcomes in a growing ADC-focused environment.
