We are looking for a visionary Head of EHS – Advanced Synthesis to join our Visp site and drive the strategic integration of Environment, Health advanced degree preferred. Extensive EHS leadership experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Deep knowledge of process safety, explosion protection, and industrial risk management. Established proficiency in guiding teams, engaging partners, and inspiring change in a matrixed organization. Strategic, analytical approach with strong communication skills.
