To be an intern in our Basel legal team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate, we are looking for an intern with an interest in corporate matters, contracting, and AI technology tools. What you’ll do
Support the global rollout of a Contract Life Cycle Management Tool.
Assist with drafting and harmonizing a full suite of contracts.
Assist with legal aspects of M&A, transactions, and strategic projects as required.
Act as a business legal partner with internal clients of the company.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Counsel, Corporate and Associate General Counsel, Corporate.
Be a proactive member of the team who is keen to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Be a team player comfortable working with all levels of management.

Legal studies – currently completing or completed.
Keen interest in contract drafting in plain English.

Experience or understanding of contract law (civil law and common law) and corporate matters.
Comfortable drafting legal documents and communicating in English (German, French, Spanish or other languages helpful).
