This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
Drive the greater impact of this project by ensuring structural timeline execution and resource predictability.
Lead and facilitate collaborative, cross‑functional interactive planning sessions with diverse discipline teams.
Manage and update the master Primavera P6 schedule at various tiered operational levels.
Track, measure, and analyze progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) delivery phases.
Monitor schedule deviations, perform critical path analysis, and proactively develop corrective action methods.
Communicate key milestones, trending charts, and schedule health transparently to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain foundational schedule basis governance documents, including deliverable and interdependency matrices.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience tracking capital expenditure (CAPEX) delivery timelines within a global or matrixed project environment.
Strong practical experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) type contracts.
Advanced professional expertise utilizing Primavera P6 for complex infrastructure or industrial sequencing.
Background within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated heavy industries is highly preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into clear management insights.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting project priorities.
Full fluency in English; professional site-level communication capacity.
