Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. /p h3What You Will Get /h3 ul liAn agile career with opportunities for professional growth in a global life sciences organization. /li liA collaborative, inclusive, and ethical workplace where diverse perspectives are valued. /li liCompetitive compensation and recognition programs that reward high performance. /li liAccess to a wide range of local and global benefits, depending on role and location. /li liOpportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and automation. /li /ul pThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and validate MES recipes and DeltaV control strategies that support robust and compliant biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. /li liPartner closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Automation, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational excellence. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve MES and DeltaV system issues, minimizing production disruptions and supporting reliable plant operations. /li liDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, work instructions, and validation records in accordance with GMP requirements. /li liSupport end users through training, technical guidance, and ongoing system expertise. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, automation strategies, and system performance. /li liContribute to the implementation of new technologies and digital manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liExperience working in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. /li liStrong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally including Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, or comparable platforms. /li liExperience with Emerson DeltaV or other distributed control systems used in process manufacturing. /li liUnderstanding of GMP regulations, computerized system validation, and qualification activities in regulated industries. /li liAbility to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. /li liA degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating these capabilities. /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
