The role offers significant ownership and visibility across a diverse portfolio of commercial manufacturing projects. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDeveloping process validation strategies for commercial manufacturing processes. /li /brliPreparing, executing, and documenting validation protocols and reports. /li /brliSupporting Continued Process Verification (CPV) and Product Quality Reviews (PQR) throughout the product lifecycle. /li /brliAssessing the validation impact of deviations, investigations, and change requests. /li /brliActing as the Process Validation representative in customer meetings and cross-functional projects. /li /brliServing as the subject matter expert during customer audits and regulatory inspections. /li /brliEnsuring compliance with internal procedures, cGMP requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA, PIC/S). /li /br /ul /brh3Key Requirements /h3 /brul /brliPhD or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. /li /brliExperience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing; GMP experience is highly preferred. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li /brliAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. /li /brliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. /li /brliFluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
