Located in Stein, Switzerland our successful CDMO Business Unit Drug Product Services (DPS) currently offers exciting opportunities. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the position as SAP Master Data Manager supporting a new sterile Drug product facility. The SAP Master Data Manager is responsible for creation and management of new part set-up, recipe, and BOM process and any other associated data objects for the project and 2 other sites. She/He will work in a small team managing any master data related changes in SAP R3.
Key responsibilities:
- Autonomous owner of the Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for several filling lines with global and local support in a fast growing environment
- Design and modification of BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans and Inspection Characteristics in SAP
- Actively improve processes and ensure SOPs related to new part set-up, BOM, recipe creations are up to date and usable
- Creation and maintenance of part codes in SAP (Material Master)
- In charge of changes required within the SAP system
Key requirements:
- Strong Master Data (Material and Production) experience in SAP R3 or S4 Hana and MS Office
- Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Site (e.g. in Work Preparation Department, “AVOR” etc.)
- Apprenticeship with working experience in the pharmaceutical industry beneficial
- Certification in APICS and/or CPIM would be a plus
- Capable to adapt and act in a project environment and fast changing business.
- Fluency in German and English
