Partner with the Head of Trademarks, Brand Teams, SGRM, Legal colleagues and external counsel.
Coordinate trademark and copyright filings, renewals and prosecution activities.
Administer IP budgets, invoices, systems and reporting.
Finalize trademark and copyright license agreements and support brand usage reviews.
Coordinate brand protection activities including domains, UDRP, Amazon Brand Registry and customs filings.
Drive continuous improvement and proactive management of IP processes.
What We Are Looking For Significant intellectual property portfolio management experience.
Strong expertise in US and international trademark practice, including Madrid Protocol filings.
Experience working with external counsel and global IP matters.
Ability to independently manage a large global trademark portfolio.
Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
Experience with IP management systems, budgeting and reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional legal/paralegal qualifications are advantageous.
