What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Plan and allocate workloads to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges where appropriate.
Drive performance management through regular feedback, coaching, and formal reviews to support team growth.
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and ensure accurate tracking of operational activities and project documentation.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a scientific, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluency in English is required; German language skills and knowledge of GxP regulations are an advantage.
