Your mission

• Develop concepts and ideas from a storytelling perspective, and pitch them compellingly in presentations, mood boards, or pitch decks.
• Create and produce commercials and content films, from idea development to the finished film.
• Develop substantive and visually outstanding moving image formats together with our team of creatives, editors, and filmmakers.
• Manage the aesthetic and narrative aspects of the work, experienced in overseeing each stage of the overall creative process.

Your profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in agencies or the advertising sector.
• Excellent sense for evaluating advertising films and photos, and for developing and conceptualizing visually outstanding film ideas.
• Conceptual thinker with the ability to persuade and inspire others with your ideas.
• Successfully completed studies in film, graphic design, or communication design.
• Familiar with the film production process and can manage projects with a holistic and creative approach.
• Proficient in relevant software and design tools (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Premiere, Photoshop).
• Fluent in English and German.

Our offices are located in Munich, Hamburg, and Berlin. Our diverse team comprises creatives, storytellers, innovators, and passionate go-getters.
We combine strategic consulting and creative storytelling for the entire content value chain. Our services range from account management, newsroom consulting, strategy, data analytics, and AI enablement to creation (concept, copy, design, film, audio) and content (social, editorial, PR).
