Your mission
- Be the Senior Art Director in our emerging marketing team, specialized in health communication.
- Be responsible for all creative aspects and execution of various assets such as print ads, digital campaigns, event designs, and social media campaigns with a strong focus on graphic design.
- Develop campaign identities for leading health brands in collaboration with a dedicated team.
- Actively participate in presentations and manage pitches and regular meetings as a key partner for our clients.
- Inspire and support our talented team daily, guiding junior and mid-level team members.
Your profile
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising design in print, digital, and social media, including logo and CI development for clients in various sectors, preferably in the health and well-being industry.
- You are enthusiastic about the creative opportunity to build a genuine and honest healthcare brand, driven by modern, feminine, and positive values combined with a traditional mindset.
- You possess both aesthetic ideas and a flair for long-term brand development, as well as cleverness in implementation (quantity with quality).
- You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards for your work.
- You have exceptional technical skills with standard tools and a deep understanding of current creative trends.
- You are fluent in English and German.
