VIE (International Assignment – 18 months)

We are seeking international talent for a VIE/International Assignment in Düsseldorf, Germany!

About the VIE/International Assignment program:

• The VIE program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, and Monaco) and aged 29 years or under .
• Please note that applications submitted only in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L\’Oréal worldwide.

What will you do at L\’Oréal Germany?

Key activities & Projects:

We are looking for a VIE to join our PR & Advocacy team in the Luxe Division for the brands Kiehl\’s and Biotherm. You will support the team in various core activities:

• Lead the Lorealistar Club for Kiehl\’s & Biotherm
• Develop creative seedings for Kiehl\’s & Biotherm & oversee seeding execution for Influencer & PR seedings
• Manage multi-brand campaigns and CNDO running club cooperation for Biotherm
• MIM rankings:

• Track brand rankings for Kiehl\’s & Biotherm & prepare reports
• Analyze skincare competition, top brands, trending content, influencers, etc.
