The Role Role Overview As the Regional Activation Manager (m/f/d) for the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in Romandie, you will act as the key field representative, driving commercial activations and supporting our Beauty Advisor network to maximize brand visibility and in-store performance. Your Tasks Field Activation: Manage relationships with top points of sale, negotiating in-store activations, merchandising, and secondary placements to ensure high visibility for new product launches and brand campaigns. Beauty Advisor Management: Lead, coach, and support the Beauty Advisor team. Participate actively in their recruitment, ongoing training, skill development, and performance assessment. Direct Key Account Management (ca. 20%): Own direct relationships with key regional clients (e.g., Cadar, Aligro, Spar, Volg). Serve as the primary point of contact to negotiate headquarter assortments, optimize promotional plans, and manage client P&L and sales forecasts. Your Profile Collaboration & Relationship Building: Strong ability to build constructive business partnerships, deliver constructive feedback, and earn stakeholder trust. Entrepreneurship & Proactivity: A proactive mindset with a strong drive to identify new business opportunities and optimize investments. Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective and proactive cross-functional collaboration internally. Languages: Fluent in French (native or bilingual), with a minimum of C1 level in German. Mobility & Flexibility: A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel regularly across the Romandie region to visit points of sale.
