You\’ll manage supplier relationships, advise stakeholders, ensure compliance, and integrate sustainability. Your purpose is to foster innovation and efficiency, contributing to L\’Oréal\’s future.Your Tasks: Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sourcing for key categories.Supplier Management: Lead the full lifecycle of supplier relationships.Cost Optimization: Identify savings, optimize purchasing budget.Stakeholder Consulting: Advise departments, strengthen partnerships.Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure risk management and L\’Oréal For The Future.Your Profile: 3-5 years Purchasing experience (FMCG), with focus on Indirect.Excellent Stakeholder Management & teamwork skills.Strong Negotiation skills & contract management.High Financial Accountability & analytical thinking.Sustainability Commitment, fluent English & German.
