Your Role

  • Leadership and Team Management : Leading & developing a team of several Promo Sales Planners.
  • Promo Sales Forecasting : Responsibility for planning the Promotion Sales Forecast (Sell-In in Volume & Value) in the current planning system.
  • Coordination : Coordination & consolidation of the monthly planning process per EAN & customer.
  • Preparation & Projects : Preparation of relevant topics for the monthly sales planning reviews and project work within the DACH Cluster.
  • Communication : Communication of opportunities & risks in the weekly sales cycle.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or similar fields.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience, particularly in Supply Chain or Sales Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L, revenue / volume planning, and sales forecasts.
  • Initial experience in leading teams is desirable, good project management skills and entrepreneurial thinking. Negotiation skills, strong communication and assertiveness, team spirit, and high social competence complete the profile.
  • Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel, as well as good German & English language skills.
