We are looking for international talent to go on VIE/International Assignment in Düsseldorf, Germany!

About the VIE/International Assignment program:

  • The VIE program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
  • Please note that applications submitted only in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L’Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L’Oréal Germany?

We are looking for a Customer Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join L’Oréal Germany in Düsseldorf to work on missions such as:

  • Manage the order to post delivery flow to ensure a fast and efficient execution for the assigned customers and tasks.
  • Provide continuity and excellent service to Customers.
  • Peak alignment, turnover piloting including communication and coordination with sales & portfolio, capacity planning – alignment with physical distribution, availability analysis including portal adjustments, order response, control of promotional orders, delivery blocks and reason codes.
  • Manage claims, disputes & reverse flows.
  • Manage your own continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage customer requests in our CRM tool.
  • Support and conduct our multidivisional harmonization projects.
  • Automate and optimize our processes, KPI tracking and internal Excel file processing.

About you:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • An excellent communicator, you are rigorous, flexible, and have profound analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English.
