AV Event Technician – Full time (40 hours) – Frankfurt – €45,000

Lorien’s client, a market leading, global reaching AV specialist, are seeking an AV Event Technician to join their team providing AV technical support to a corporate client for key events.

You’ll take ownership of AV experiences—from setup through flawless delivery—supporting video conferencing, webcasts, and live spaces to ensure top‐tier outcomes, and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress a career within the AV domain, be part of a multi-award-winning firm, work with blue chip clientele and have access to the latest tech and vendors in the AV space.

Operational Duties:

• Assemble, configure, and operate AV and VC infrastructure (audio consoles, vision mixers, cameras, feeds) across meeting rooms and event venues, ensuring smooth operation in line with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the readiness of assigned event spaces and meeting rooms by conducting regular and pre-event equipment checks.
• Handle 1st and 2nd level incident management and bring 3rd level incidents to the attention of relevant manager/s as needed.
• Collaborate with peers across different sites and delivery channels to execute live events.
• Keep configuration management records updated using client-side systems.
• Participate in post-event analysis sessions.
• Build and sustain client relationships through effective client management.
• Aid in the ongoing refinement of operational procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with on‐site, regional, and global teams to deliver seamless services.

Skills Profile

• Experienced in AV/VC environments—live events, meeting rooms, or broadcast spaces
• Proficient in both digital and analogue audio/video signal standards
• Comfortable working in both corporate and customer-facing settings
• Industry experience in fields which are in relation to live event production
