Use your energy and experience to fulfil the tasks of this very dynamic role:
- Responsibility for the operational management of the development process from vision to realisation - Creating space programmes, usage and financing concepts as well as feasibility studies - Leading internal project teams and coordinating external planning partners - Responsible for creating and controlling the project’s profitability - Ensuring customer satisfaction (investors, users) - Presence and network in the real estate market (architects, planners, users, marketers, investors, administrations)
What you bring: You enjoy approaching others and are able to listen actively. You have the ability and experience to lead a real estate development project, both internally and externally. You understand the needs and processes of industrial users very well. You want to design and shape the buildings of the future by utilising the expertise of external architects. You have the credibility to convince clients. As a team player, you bring both initiative and entrepreneurial thinking. You are persistent and resilient, structured and organised. For this versatile and interdisciplinary role in a dynamic team at our offices in German-speaking Switzerland, you have completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline at university level.
