Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to significantly increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our diverse range of small business clients.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data science, to design and implement growth initiatives.
4. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to understand customer behavior and refine growth strategies.
5. Stay ahead of the curve on the latest growth hacking trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience across all channels especially Google & FB in growth hacking, digital marketing, with a track record of achieving significant business growth.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
3. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
4. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative growth ideas and strategies.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
