CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – MULTI-FAMILY OFFICE As part of a confidential search mandate, we are assisting a Geneva-based, FINMA-regulated Multi-Family Office, owned by a leading international family group, in the recruitment of its future: The platform is firmly established and benefits from the strength and reputation of a recognised family brand. It is now entering a new phase of development. The future CEO will be responsible for accelerating its growth, expanding its UHNW client base and strengthening its international presence, with a particular focus on the Middle East and selected key European markets, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Monaco. This is an entrepreneurial, commercial and strategic leadership role within an organisation that already benefits from strong expertise across Wealth Management, Investments, Family Office Services and Corporate Finance. The Role As CEO, overseeing the Multi-Family Office and Investment / Corporate Finance activities, you will define and execute the platform’s growth strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing new relationships with international UHNW individuals, families and entrepreneurs Accelerating business development across the Middle East and Europe, with a particular focus on selected strategic markets Identifying and developing new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities Building a sustainable business development pipeline and converting the existing ecosystem into new client relationships Gradually expanding the commercial team and recruiting new Relationship Managers Leading, engaging and developing teams around a shared vision Strengthening synergies across Wealth Management, Family Office and Corporate Finance Representing the platform with clients, partners and key stakeholders across its ecosystem Acting as a true ambassador for the brand and its values The CEO will work closely with the family shareholder and the Board of Directors, while benefiting from significant autonomy to shape and implement the platform’s growth strategy. Your Profile We are primarily looking for a business builder with strong credibility within the UHNW segment and the ability to transform an established platform and network into sustainable commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have: Significant experience within a Multi-Family Office or UHNW Private Banking environment In-depth knowledge of the Middle East, combined with strong exposure to European markets, particularly Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Monaco A proven track record in developing new client relationships and/or new markets A demonstrated ability to establish and develop strategic partnerships and strong networks of intermediaries and introducers Solid experience in leading and developing teams A strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset Sufficient investment expertise and credibility to engage confidently with sophisticated clients, without necessarily being an investment management specialist Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic would be significant assets We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously built or developed a business, opened a new market, created a commercial franchise or played an active role in the growth of a UHNW platform. The ability to bring an existing client portfolio from day one is thereforenot the sole criterion.The quality of the candidate’s network, origination capabilities and ability to build sustainable commercial momentum over the long term will be essential.
