Your Challenges

For our Louis Vuitton Store in Munich Maison, we are seeking a highly motivated Stock Advisor. As the professional in charge of stock, you will ensure back-of-house efficiency in line with the brand standards. Your role is to facilitate smooth operations, enabling the store team to maximize client interaction and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

Stock Management

• Provide efficient service to all sales associates, including product preparation, advising on stock availability, and training on products and accessories.
• Participate in product deliveries, ensuring received goods match packing lists and are in good condition.
• Ensure all products are properly boxed, labeled, and stored.
• Maintain clear and tidy stock zones.
• Support auto-replenishment processes to ensure product availability.
• Perform stock transfers between stores when needed.
• Check the receipt of customer returns.
• Conduct rotative and full inventory counts.
• Address stock discrepancies.
• Handle obsolete and defective products and manage out-of-stock processes.

General duties

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Integrate fully into the store team, participate in morning briefings, and contribute to store objectives.
• Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
