We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our presence in Austria. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, promoting our full suite of hospitality solutions, and closing impactful deals. You will act as a true business partner to your clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how D-EDGE’s cutting‑edge technology can drive measurable commercial results. Responsibilities
Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in your assigned territory, identifying key decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers, etc.). Present and promote D-EDGE’s solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools, etc.), tailoring proposals to client needs. Build strong, long‑term relationships to grow and manage a high-value client portfolio. Lead the full sales cycle: from pitch to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Act as the voice of your clients internally by sharing feedback and insights to improve our offerings. Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. You will be expected to visit your clients regularly. Qualifications
Proven experience in the hospitality industry. A solid track record in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of commercial experience. A deep understanding of the hotel distribution landscape and its key players (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.). You are self‑driven, results‑oriented, and a natural relationship builder. You are 100% fluent in German and in English. Salary
Salary for this role will vary according to experience (fixed salary up to 60K€ per year + 10% commissions based on signed contracts with a target of 100K€ in year 1, 175K€ in year 2 etc…). Benefits
