HR Partner (m/f/d) – Location: Gilching or Darmstadt, Germany. Working hours: full time, 40h/week with 3 days in the office. Requirement: EU Citizenship. Start Date: March 2026. Submission deadline: 2025‑12‑12.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Partner to help Earth benefit from space.
Security: Candidates must hold European citizenship and will undergo stringent reference and identity checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
- Proven track record in recruitment and human resources
- Experience with HRM Systems (preferably HiBob)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in conducting interviews using phone, video, email, and in‑person methods
- Fluency in English is required; German and other languages are valued
- Ability to travel within Germany and other EU countries
- Ability to understand technical topics
Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates for national and international projects.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
- Build relationships with managers to develop awareness of departmental requirements.
- Engage with job boards, social networks, and platforms to attract talent; create and post job descriptions.
- Attend job fairs and conferences.
- HR Management System Ownership
- Take ownership of the HRM system HiBob.
- Develop system roadmap, configuration, and operations.
- Manage data and reporting, collaboration, and governance.
- Support additional module implementations.
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and global HR projects.
- Collaborate with Finance & Admin and Service/Account managers.
