Senior Product Manager – Automotive & Energy Power Modules The Product Manager – Automotive & Energy Power Modules will be responsible for defining and driving the global product strategy, roadmap, business growth, and lifecycle management of LTSCT's Automotive and Energy Power Module portfolio.

The role owns the complete commercial success of the product family, from market opportunity identification through product definition, customer engagement, business case development, product launch, and revenue growth.

The Product Manager will work closely with System Architecture, Product Marketing, Central R&D, Power Module Design, Operations, Quality, Sales, and System Applications Engineering to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Automotive & Energy Power Module product roadmap.

Develop 3–5 year product strategies aligned with market trends, customer requirements, and company objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategic investments.

Drive portfolio expansion through new product introductions and technology roadmaps.

Product Ownership Own the complete product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

Responsibilities include: Product Requirements Document (PRD)Product specifications Product phase-in and phase-out planning Continuously analyze: Automotive electrification trends Renewable energy markets Grid infrastructure evolution Customer requirements Translate market intelligence into actionable product strategies.

Business Case Development Lead business case preparation including: Revenue forecasting Gross margin targets Cost targets Investment justification ROI analysis Present business cases to executive management for approval.

Partner with Sales and System Applications Engineering to: Capture customer requirements Conduct product roadmap discussions Support customer technical reviews Prioritize customer feature requests Translate customer feedback into future product enhancements Product Definition Collaborate with System Architecture to define: Electrical specifications Thermal performance targets Mechanical interfaces Reliability targets Functional requirements Ensure all products satisfy both customer expectations and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional collaboration with: Product Marketing Program Management Power Module Design Operations Manufacturing Quality Reliability Supply Chain System Applications Engineering Drive alignment from concept through production release.

Pricing & Commercial Strategy Own commercial positioning by: Developing pricing strategy Defining gross margin targets Monitoring market pricing Performing competitive pricing analysis Product Launch Lead commercialization activities including: Product launch planning Revenue ramp planning Revenue Design wins Market share Gross margin Product profitability Forecast accuracy Recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Required Experience and Qualifications Education Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related discipline.

MBA is desirable.

Experience 12–18 years of experience in the semiconductor or power electronics industry.

Minimum 5 years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience.

Proven experience with Automotive and/or Energy markets.

Strong commercial understanding of Si C and IGBT technologies.

Demonstrated success launching semiconductor products from concept to production.
