Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain PTC Service Information Manager (SIM).
- Configure SIM objects and related service information structures.
- Perform PTC Windchill configuration and administration.
- Develop and maintain Windchill workflows based on business and documentation processes.
- Configure and manage Windchill objects and related processes.
- Configure and support Arbortext Editor and Arbortext Styler.
- Set up and maintain the Arbortext Publisher Engine for automated technical documentation publishing.
- Support integration between Windchill/SIM and other enterprise systems.
- Develop or support system integrations and data exchange processes.
- Work with DITA XML content for technical documentation.
- Support migration and conversion of existing technical documentation into DITA/XML-based structures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC Service Information Manager (SIM).
- Strong experience with PTC Windchill configuration.
- Experience in Windchill workflow development.
- Experience configuring SIM objects.
- Hands-on experience with Arbortext Editor.
- Experience with Arbortext Styler.
- Experience setting up/configuring Arbortext Publisher Engine.
- Good understanding of DITA XML and structured technical documentation.
- Experience with content migration/conversion and QA.
- Experience with system integration development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
